Most people go about getting friends the wrong way. they pretend to be something they aren't and end up getting involved with the wrong crowd. My best advise for you is to be yourself, and they right friends will come along. I like to talk to, you can e-mail me if you want(atlbabie15@yahoo.com)

You can't force them. Some people, for some reason, prefer to speak physically then to speak through things like these...
Or you can just ask them for their numbers/e-mail addresses.
