Yes I do celebrate it. Why would Jewish people not like it. My Jewish friends don't "dislike" it. They just don't celebrate it. I don't dislike Yom Kippur.

We have lots of traditions for Christmas. We each put "our" (from when we were born) ornament on the tree. We donate to a children's charity to remind us there are those who won't get gifts & we should help others. We have a b-day cake for Jesus. We take turns reading the Christmas story. We sing carols. Then we pass out gifts. =)

I was raised as a Jehovah's Witness, so we never celebrated Christmas. It wasn't a big deal to me since I grew up pretty spoiled. I got presents all the time. Christmas is a false holiday, Jesus was not born in December, he was born during the warmer months. Christmas is a sham that came from lies that eventually became used as a marketing statagy. We should love our family all year round, not just on Christmas.

Well, I believe in everything associated with Christmas.
I have a really cool movie that shows a Native American
view of the Nativity. My favorite time of year.
But being single, it's kind of lonely since Christmas here in America is geared for family...

Each year I always look forward in celebrating Christmas because I have very fond memories as a child during Christmas.

I do. Most people who celebrate it are half-assed Christians or are connected to it only because of family (like myself). But we all have one thing in common: we're consumerist pigs. I do like the traditions that comes with Christmas, though. It makes the season far less dreary (well, for some I guess).

i am a Christian, but i don't celebrate Christmas as a religious holiday. we don't know when Jesus was born, and the Bible does not tell us to celebrate his birth. The Bible does tell us to celebrate Jesus' death, burial and resurrection in partaking of the Lord's Supper.

my family and i DO celebrate Christmas as a national holiday, with a christmas tree, presents, food, visiting with family and friends.
