Since he is not able to make any valuble contributions in the critical matches for India, I think he should retire from cricket. Also, if you observe, when Indian under pressure in any match, don't know why he will DUCK OUT????

Obviously, all Indian fans are upset that their beloved team lost today and are virtually out of the CWC. I suggest that questions like the above be asked after a thorough assesment of 'what went wrong?', is done. Sachin is only one person and the entire team lost. It is a bit unfair to say that he should retire because of this.

It's amazing!....one day you are a Hero...next day you are a Zero!

Please give the man a break!

I am not an India cricket fan. But I do respect Tendulkars' contribution to the sport. I highly doubt that he chose to DUCK OUT. He had all the reason to perhaps do so when his father died in the past WC but he did not. He carried the team as far as they could go. One player does not determine the destiny of the team.
On a side note, one should note that India, by far, is NOT the best team in the sport, as their recent form prior to the World Cup (and now during the WC) would suggest. It should not be too surprising that they are virtually out of the tournament. There are better teams, like Aust., SA, and NZ, who if did not win, will come as an upset. The same can not be said for India. Sorry.

Yes... In fact he should have retired at least an year before when Kapil was talking about his retirement. He should have gone out when he was at his peak...but I think he won't be leaving as simple.. he will show us more DUCKS before he retire...

No. This is NOT the right time for Tendulakr to retire.
Because that RIGHT time is already gone (at least three years earlier).

I think it is time he should voluntarily retire and give chance to youngsters instead of waiting to be dropped.

Tendulkar, please do not return to India. You guys have sold the country's pride for a few dollars only. Shame on you and especially on your family for producing such filth and scum.
