Most teaching Certificates are recognized by other states until you get one of theirs. You may have to take a refreshers course or two? Depends on Arkansas teaching requirements. Easy enough to find those out. Call the Arkansas Board of Ed and ask for copy of certification requirements, and if you can use a Texas license in lieu of theirs , and so on. Everyone needs teachers so you should be alright.
