It is rare, yes; but it is not impossible. Someone somewhere in her background is blonde and blue-eyed (otherwise she could not be) and she took the recessive gene and manifested it. It could have been great a grand parent.

this is physically possible, only if someone in the family before had it. In science theres a tool or really not a tool its called punnett squares. its basically a chart or a graph that can tell you all the possible out comes. but it is very possible if like i said some one before her great grand parents that had it. because the genes that carry the blond hair blue eyes recessive genes. and the brown hair brown eyes are the dominate genes.

No, its very possible. However, 2 blue eyed parents cannot have a browneyed child, because the blue eyed trait is a recessive gene. A brown eyed person can carry a blue eye trait, but it is not visible because the brown gene is dominant. A blue eyed person cannot carry a brown gene.

Califor...is right. She has a recessive gene from her ancestors; it's not rare, but it is less common. That's nature for you, unpredictable. Oftentimes, genes skip generations. Lucky girl, light blue eyes are so pretty (not to say that brown aren't, they're beautiful, too).

Yes. Its called the recessive gene of blue, which both parents can have recessive, and come up dominant in the next generation.
