None of those are right.
You're not the only one to be stumped with this question. In fact, a similar question was asked in Anime Insider. The following is a direct quote from the response.
"That book he always seems to have in his hand is a romance novel titled Icha-Icha Paradise ("Make-Out Paradise"), although we never find out how graphic it really is. The book is actually the first part of a trilogy, which includes Make-Out Violence and Make-Out Tactics."

I think all of them. he basically reads all of Jiraiya's work as the person before me said. and I also think its called Icha Icha Paradise and Icha Icha Tactics (the one Narutp gave Kakashi as a present when he returned to Konoha after the timeskip)
