That depends on what you mean by "this". Reactions can be blown out of proportion but not neccessarily lies.Are you a lie? I wouldn't know because I don't know you. The whole essence of the question is quite unanswerable considering the lack of detail...

we live in a world when truth can easily become a lie and lie would be cosidered to be a truth despite all the emerged questions... Sincerity confirm the truth no matter how truth looks like....that is why sincere people last in a line, or outlined.

I lie could be defined as withholding information. For example, if a man cheated on his wife and never told her even though she never asked, he's lying. In your question, your are withholding information. You haven't told us what you want to know is a lie or not and we have a right to know!

Non-rhetorical questions make no assertion for truth, how can something that claims no truth be judged a lie? Are frogs, fairies and fickled fools lies as well?
