To Me they just sound like a state sponsered hate group. people stupidly do alot of things that can cause harm, but thers not a gang of women lobbing ,Anti freedom hurt. I think if they focased on Mothers for Affordable Health Care and knowledge of alcohal problems instructed when treatment is given, would be better.

because it's not a hate group.. it's simply a group of caring people who want to educate people on the dangers of drunk driving.. it's not like they go burn down houses where keg parties are happening or anything....

Everyone should hate drunk drivers - not just mothers. I guess until you have lost a child to a drunk driver, you will never understand the importance of this group and what they stand for.
Anyone can start a new orangization. If you feel that strongly about starting Mothers for Affordable Health Care - go for it. Just don't knock the other important groups out there that are trying to save lives and raise awareness.

Look MADD is a hate group set on being selfish despite the fact that normal people who have no crimes are beaten to felony status within just a few violations. What violations? according to MADD it does not matter if you run through a school zone or if your on your own land with no threat , MADD has exactly defined a hate group! MADD is a 501(c)(3) non-profit grass roots organization with more than 400 entities nationwide. MADD is not a crusade against alcohol consumption - MADD's mission is to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime and prevent underage drinking.
they are not "state sponsored."
i would hardly call trying to get drunks off the road a "hate group."

1. It is socially acceptable to be against those who drive while intoxicated.
2. Drunk people had a choice -- the choice to pick up a drink on that particular day.

Also, the freedom to drink ends when you infringe on my freedom to drive safely and without fear.
