Gameplay because if you were only looking for graghics, then Barneys Big Red Adventure (if that is a game) would be good
Plus every NEW game has good graphics now

Gameplay is first consideration, after that as long as i can see what is going on, that's fine. Some of my favourite games are old NES games that have simple graphics and awesome gameplay.

If graphics make a good game, then the movie Casablanca would suck and Starwars Episode 1 would be one of the best movies ever.

gameplay, definitely. no matter how good the graphics are, you'll get tired of playing if the game isn't inherently enjoyable.
