I hurt my ankle today. The stairs, its not swollen but it hurts like crazy even more when I swollen my ankle two years ago (same one). At first I try to walk a sharp pain strike. I try to walk it off but hurts too much and now its getting stiff. I can barely move it without getting pain. Is serious or will it wear off?

Put some ice on it and get somebody to put a splint on it. A newspaper or towel will do. Stay off the foot. Sounds like you sprain the foot.
