Well you just drive to an empty area, preferably an ally or forest. Then the camera angle will change slightly as C.J. and the hooker make "sexy time" in the car. You have no control while this is going on, all you can do is listen and laugh.

you go to a secluded area.. like in the bushes or something... that part of the game is hilarious to me
