The only characters ever used were the following:

Clair and Cliff
Their kids and spouses
Their grandkids
the grandparents
and I guess the cousin Pam

Just go to IMDB.com and look up "The Cosby Show" to find all the characters names, then create your own family tree.

Cosby Show Family Tree

I will go with Family Matters, but Cosby came out first. Cosby first aired in 84 and Family Matters in 89. Family Matters delt with things like sex, gang violence, self-respect, friendship, love and belonging, and many other things. Cosby didn't really do this very much. There were not as many lessons because nobody ever got in trouble. On Family Matters, somebody would usually try something or do something that is wrong, and they would learn a lesson after they realized it was wrong. The Cosby Show had a few episodes that covered drugs and stuff, but it didn't ever get serious. Family Matters had the episode were Laura's friend got shot, the episode where Carl taught OGD that the police arn't bad, the episode were Carl adressed the racist cops who attacked Eddy, the episode where Eddy learned that sex isn't a game, the episode were some kids tried to get Steve drunk, and many other great episodes. I'm not dissing The Cos, I'm just answering the question. Cosby is one of my favorite shows as well.

I'm sure if you contact NBC, where it initially aired, they will be able to either give it to you or tell you where you can locate it...
