monday 26th is my birthday and i was planning to have my regular crowd of four super close friends sleepover as usual.however life is not fair and two of them cant come due to spring break and i was bummed but okay with just two. ten minutes ago one of my friends (the one who can come) said she cant. long story y sh cant so now im down to one. i feel like **** cuz this is not going to be a good birthday at all. my birthday have an abnrmal mount of importance to me so i have no clue what to do with myself. the girl who still can come is arriving at my house at 9:30 and earlier that night there is a huge HUGE party i was invited to . im just gonna go to thatparty for an hour or two and come home in time for my one person sleepover WHAT IN THE WORLD AM I GOING TO DO!? i am so sos osos soo sad i just finished crying. there are basically no limitson what i can do this upcoming saturday night once my guest comes over, like going to a resturant downtown etc. its just i have no ideas

Reschedule your sleepover since 3/4's of your guests can't make it... call the host of the huge party that's on the same night and explain the situation with your cancelled party and how you'd love to come but have this one guest left.. and is there a chance you could bring her too? If the party is big enough I'm sure the answer will be 'the more the merrier'... And you can go have a good time that night, and have a whole extra party next week!
Now if you get to the party and find your cancelled guests there whooping it up... they'll have some 'splainin' to do, Lucy...

Just remember that your 26th birthday is not likely to be your last. Besides, once we turn 21, all we have to look forward to as the next milestone is Senior Discount, and most places have pushed that past 60! J/K. I'm sorry 3/4 of your friends can't come, but there's no reason not to enjoy yourself with your 1 friend!! Why not have her come with you to the party? Or whatever - it's your birthday! ENJOY IT!

I reset my brothers alarm once. I set it to go off at 4 a.m. instead of 6, He got up , took a shower, made coffee etc. I had to fess up though before he went out the door and to school 3 hours early. Those fake lottery tickets from a novelty store are always a good gag.

have her come over and do whatever you feel like. watch a movie, go to the mall, stay home and watch movies, order a pizza, give each other pedicures, talk
i had a party once and i invited 15 people and 2 showed up it was my best party we had the most fun because we all go tto know each other so much better.
i know its a bummer but when you think about it you're realy lucky---to have friends, to be able to celebrate, to have so many choices on how to celebrate, and to have someone come

Well what about rescheduling the sleepover. I know it won't be right on the day of your birthday but at least that way maybe all your friends can come that way.

why don't you invite your friend to come to the party with you.
You can go out on the town, have a ball. Just because your other three friends can't make doesn't mean you'll never see them again. don't let it get you down. Just do what makes you happy.

Hahaha... there's hungry kids in Africa who don't even know what a birthday is. They don't know what a party is either because they don't have anything to celebrate but maybe a piece of corn they found. What are you gonna do....WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU GOING TO DO?????
