Gee, I've never heard Bush put the blame on anyone
except the Muslim terrorists. If the Democrats cut off funds for
the troops, then he rightly could blame them for our troops not getting their pay, or not getting the supplies they need. Where
is your proof he's ever blamed the CIA or Iraqis, etc.? Of
course, Syria has the wmd that Saddam moved to their
country by passenger jets (sly move). Iranians are also
involved with the terrorists, so I guess they could be blamed
also. I think he takes full responsibility for sending our
troops to Iraq after 911 (and rightly so).

The Blame is MINE==The combination between our satelight, Intel in Iraq, poison gas and husanes son killing 5,000 KURDS ( a race ) slavery= far east and American slavery stolen and taken to the far east. But the main reason for the whole far east to rebell is DEMOCRACY of their women. A normal life style to keep their SLAVES away from freedom. Their way of life of slavery is what their fighting for.+ alquida, telibon suicide terriorists out to kill whoever, a goal= threatens the freedom of the free world.

Even when he admitted mistakes, during his SOTU Address, he refused to take responsibility for them, instead saying "Mistakes have been made." Bush is too arrogant, believing he is on some personal mission from God, to ever put blame where it belongs - on himself.

He hasn't blamed the troops he sent there! I bet they're next on his list! (Before Hitler shot himself, he blamed the soldiers and citizens of Germany for not being "worthy" of him.)

I haven't heard him blame Condoleza Rice yet but that's because she'd probably beat him up if he did.

Wow, a liberals fools chorus. I haven't heard him blame anyone yet. Do you have any source material or are you just pulling this out of your butt?

absolutely correct. He doesn't blame himself, doesn't blame Rumsfeld and certainly doesn't blame Cheney. all of which the blame should fall entirely on.
