How do add flexibility to that?

if you push yourself everyday and do it twice a day, it will probably take you 2-3 weeks, if you are really pushing yourself. Yoga really improves flexability. The one thing that you can't do, is you can't be comfortable while stretching your splits, or they will never get down all the way, but DON'T PUSH TOO HARD, OR YOU WILL HURT YOURSELF!!! Take a cold bath too, it makes your muscles contract. (not every day, just sometimes)

GOOD LUCK!!! IF YOU TRY REALLY HARD I KNOW U CAN GET IT SOON!!!!!!!

it really depends on the flexibility of your body. it can anywhere from weeks to years. but normally its a couple of months. if you find a big wall in your house you can lay on your back on the floor with your but against the wall then let your legs fall down and stay there for 5 min. it also helps if you tie ankle waits to your ankles while doing this. hey it really worked for me.
