I like your question and I wish more would respond like philosophers rather than literalists.
The question do i choose "yes" or "no"
I chose "yes" because it sounds positive most of the time.
The only time I would have to say "no" is if i am facing a negative situation.

Oh my, and maybe isn't a possible choice? Of course would be such a delight and never could say so much.
If we said yes it would be meaningless without that ever present and polar opposite no. But if we said no, how could it carry forth any position at all, unless yes stood on the opposing lines of thought.
As for me and my house, let us always give a hardy and definite yes, and leave the no's to the houses and families across the street.
