On pre-emissions controlled vehicles, there are two of them. One on the right and one on the left, almost at the bottom of the carb towards the front of the motor. If they are not there, then it is not adjustable.

If you have a non-adjustable carb, you can have it rebuilt to add them. Contact Pony Carburetors.

Hi : There is no bolt to adjust the fuel on a quardrajet carb only air mixture screws located in the base plate of the carb. They may be covered with black plastic seals and have a limited movement.This is a factory adjustment and they don't want you to adjust them, but these caps can be removed to adjust card if you want then replaced.
