I need a campaign theme, for middle school officer.?

I am in middle school, and am running for Student Body President. I need a good campaign idea, with a correponding skit and speech. My last name is Montrone. Any ideas would be great! Thanks

From thinking back to those days, I remember people running for office always made promises that were outlandish and everyone knew that they could not keep them. Things like, "If I'm elected I'll fight to get comic books in the school library!"

I say, don't promiss anything except that you intend to meet with the Principal or Vice-Principal every other week perhaps, and discuss any issues that are of concern to the students. Then promiss to listen to any ideas, worries, or complaints your fellow students have. Take the stuff you hear that is reasonable to the school admins to see what they think, and if they can do anything about those issues.

Claim that you will be a voice for the students, and if you really think you can live up to this, I think the students will believe you can actually live up to your promiss.

Then again, I seem to remember that middle school elections were always won by whoever was the "coolest" kid running, so if you are cooler than your competition and you go with a realistic platform, I say you are a guaranteed winner!
