How can a 19 year old girl stop being so childish like over reacting and exggerating thingz.. and all.. plz give me some tips

Some people take longer to grow up. Sounds like shes refusing to accept adulthood for whatever reason and in her mind its easier to stay at a younger age and play the childish game shes playing. You cant make her grow up any faster than she chooses so youll just have to be patient and wait til the day she finally begins to act her age. Professional help could help but chances are will succeed more in finding out whats bothering her than finding a cure. Some people never grow up acting their real age so you might be waiting a long time. Good luck

God made you the way you are no matter what and if people say that you act chikdish then there just jealous
