Jeez, what a stupid question! It is not a matter of "allowing" weapons. If people can invent and produce them, then they will exist. Sure, you can make a law against it, and the UN could adopt it. But so what?!?
For example, guns are illegal in DC, but I assure you, there are plenty of them in DC. And everywhere else.
Furthermore, what do you mean by "weapons"? People have had to defend themselves for thousands of years. Mankind treats other people terribly, and always has. Look at the crusades, and the vikings, and the Nazis. Absolutely deplorable!

i think not becuase some can some times not be disabled correctly and then if they are also not stored correctly they can spill or some one can steal them and use them against othe countries so technically they shouldnt be on earth becuase they are doing less good then bad

i don't think so because you all know how some people can be so upset sometimes that they just want to kill they self and they don't no one to else to live oh and don't 4get they are a part of the government they can just go ova there and push that button then BOOM!!!!!!!! we are all DEAD!! so my opinion is NO!!!!
