My friend could be pregnant? Doesn't want it if she is. She can't bear to face her family and her mind is set of suicide if she is. What can I do? I want to help her but I don't know how. The boyfriend is depressed and he's not helping much! What can I do?

I would really focus on getting her help. Maybe you could be there to support her as she tells her family. Most would be surprised to find that their parents are much more supportive than they think they will be. Let your friend know she is very important and loved by many people..don't let her do something horrible to herself!!
If you think there is a remote possibility that she will hurt herself, tell someone immediately! Someone that can help you and your friend!

course a male would say abort the baby. alright. first off, you are her friend, right? a friend is there for her - through good and bad times. support her. she will need someone to confide in if her boyfriend is too caught up in his depression. another thing, if she's talking about suicide, you must step up and take action. that means infor her parents. period. she may hate you. she may never want to see your face again, but later down the road, she will understand why you did it - to save her life and the life of her child. being pregnant isn't an easy thing and neither is raising a child. she needs to be informed of all her options if she is pregnant. more than likely, she feels trapped if she is pregnant; that there's no way out. you need to bring her out of that. like i mentioned, talk to her parents. if not and she ends up killing herself, you will have that on your shoulders for the rest of your life. step up to the plate and act now.

Go to planned parenthood with her. if you are in the united states. She can talk to a counselor and figure out how to deal with everything. Whether she is or isn't. I am not sure about state laws and notification. But if it is a dangerous situation she can have a counselor with her or someone else.
