take it to a jeweler, but DO NOT tell them you got it on ebay. they will not tell you much if they know that.
then, quit bidding on designer items on ebay! 90%+ are fakes!

If you got it for a very reasonable price, it would be worth it to have it checked by a jeweler. That's the best proof of authenticity you have if you need to dispute the item with ebay and the seller.

Take it in to your local jewelry store and they will be glad to help you determine if it is a real and give you an accurate price assessment.

I'd smash it against a table. If it stays in one piece its probably a Tag. They're pretty robust.
