I just heard Indian cricket team lost the game against Sri Lanka
and is pretty much out from the world cup unless Bermuda beats Bangladesh
I wonder sometimes that cricket is like a religion in that country and people just go crazy about this sport
yet the Indian cricket team sucks and is most overrated team between the test playing nations
so if cricket is so popular then howcome Indian cricket team sucks

The only reason I can make out is that Indian Players have been woefully out of form in the world cup and they had no game plan. Over confidence and complacency cost them the match against Bangladesh, which resulted their ouster from the world cup.

In cricket a bad team usually loses. The people who know cricket well enough had written off India from the race the day they lost to Bangladesh.

It is not only India, but the Asian teams in general. Granted S.L is playing well in the W.C.C so far, but one wonders how far they will go. I think the Asian players are at par with players from SA, NZ, and Aust. talent wise, but lack the enthusiasm and are less athletic when the going gets tough. They become too predictable.

well india lost , so they didnt play there best. all teams have good days and bad days , so indian team not a good this year as past years .
