Whats the best way to change the color of an old truck dash board/door panels/vinel,Plastic?.?

Special Spray paint specially formulated for Vinyl. I got mine from ACE Hardware store. Same stuff they use to paint couches.

I have seen interiors painted with the spray paint, very good looking.
