On eBay, what effect will giving a buyer an "unpaid item strike" have?

How many until their account is suspended? I've had years of happy selling/buying on ebay, but in the past two months I've had half a dozen non-payers. I've opened disputes and they 've had their strikes, but what effect exactly will this have on the bidder? On guy bought five books at once and refuses to pay, so he's gonna get five strikes. WIll he get suspended?

im not exactly sure about action from ebay, but if you get any unpaid strikes i think that it affects your reputation in the eyes of the seller, i would recommend only selling to buyers who have no or very little unpaid strikes
