Yes it Was called The Adventures Of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends. Rocky was a flying squirrl who wore a blue flying cap and blue flying gogles. Bullwinkle was a moose who wore only white golves on his hands. They were the good guys and Boris and Natasha were the evil foes. They had short shoes and cartoons in the show. Mr. Pebody and Dudley Do-Right. Hilarious show.
