can i use macro line with C02?

I'm talking about paint ball.. i was wondering if Co2 was to high pressure for macro line? Or should i stick with my stainless hose?

liquid CO2 is cold and can freeze macro lines and cause them to pop. it's best to use compressed air if you want to go macro. alternatively, you can use an expansion chamber to turn the liquid CO2 to gas before it gets to your macro lines.
