I lot´s of house work at night when the other´s have to bed , I don´t mean passing the hoover and moving the furniture, just little thing´s like clean the bathroom , I´m normally the first one in the shower so I like to enter a clean shower , when I finish just give it a quick rinse ready for the next person. Also I put the washing machine on at night so the clothes are ready to hang up first thing in the morning. When I do other cleaning through the week I pick a room to clean & only work in this room . I set the alarm clock to go off in 15, min´s time I see how much I can achieve in this time . You would be surprised as to how many things you can do in such a short time. When the alarm clock goes off I either stop have a rest of course reward myself , with a nice cup of coffee with the feet up or I set the clock again & contiue this way , 15. min´s here and there makes a big difference & by doing this I still have time to come here and answer & read lot´s of people´s Q. So thats how I manage to do my things

I'm assuming your a lady!!! girl listen to me we only have a very few numbered day on this earth, house work doesn't have to be at the top the list, organizing your day is just prioritizing. And if everything doesn't get done at the end of the day you should be able to lay your head down and say at least I did the important stuff. Also get rid of the things in your life that you don't NEED. That will help a lot!

first, take a good look at your life. do you work full time? do you have small children? do you live alone? if you have roommates, do they pitch in or make things harder? i stay at home with two babies. my days are full of diapers, screaming, and more chores than i can keep up with (my hubby works a lot so i can stay home). i find that doing a few things each day keeps it under control. do the dishes twice a week, laundry when it piles up, and mop when you need to. there are more important things in life than housework. if things are sanitary (no moldy food lying around, etc.) and you can find what you need, sometimes that is enough. if you do have a family or hobby, or religion, let that be the important thing. in twenty years, you won't wish you'd spent more time cleaning. you'll wish you'd spent that time elsewhere. and everyone gets discouraged and feels like a failure sometimes. don't buy into it. there isn't enough time to do it all, not matter what the world tells you. pick and choose.

I try to address one area of the house at at time, and I work within whatever time limits I have. For example, even if I only have 3 minutes to clean the bathroom, I'll at least wipe down the sink and the toilet seat and clean the mirror. If I find another 3 minutes later, I'll tackle another part of the bathroom.
Yes this means that my entire house is never "freshly cleaned" at the same time, but it's certainly livable.
If guests are coming, I just wipe down the bathroom, eliminate clutter from the living room, run the vaccuum and light some candles for a fresh scent.

I can give you some more time... by taking some off the cleaning process. I saved a ton of time cleaning my living room couches using StickySheets - these huge pieces of adhesive (that don't stick to themselves, but they do to dirt, hair, dander and crumbs) and regained a couple of hours a week. It's not a total answer, but I hope it helps. I'm a big fan of the product! People say when the like a product, they tell 2 or 3 people, but if they don't, they tell 100. I'd like to change that and tell the world about this fabulous new thing that helped me save so much time cleaning...
~I hope it helps you too...

The way you are speking,it sounds like you're FAMISHED and FLABBERGASTED! I know what that's like. I have 3 kids... and a huse to keep orderly, and many otheroutside activites.
A daily planner, a bottle of vitamins, an time to nap are critical.
Avoid caffeine, because it does more harm than good after a while.
Your question has more to do with your health than it does organizing.
Try asking someone, also, from the health groups.
Hope that helps!.

Seems that these day a lot of people are getting maids to do all their housework. Most of the people that I know do this, even though some of them cannot afford it. I have never had someone else clean my house, but maybe you should look into it.

My husband and I set a timer for 10 minutes. I work while he plays with our daughter (basically keeping her out of my hair). When the timer goes off, we switch. Someone is always cleaning, and since playing with my daughter is usually coloring or playing a board game, the other person gets to sit down for a bit.

You need to start working out, including lifting weights. The more in shape I get, the more energy I have to do stuff. The less in shape I become, the less energy I have. It's a matter of going to the gym dedicately and strengthening your body.
