I read Wiesel's Night, but I can't infer from it whether or not Wiesel has abandoned his faith. Is he now a Christian? Does he believe in God?

He is not a Christian, he is still very much a Jew. Recently there was a bit of a controversy from the Mormon Church which suggested it might want to baptize some of the members of the Jewish faith after they had died, but they quickly withdrew this suggesting.

Within the Jewish faith it is common and even encouraged for people to question God and to argue with God, He does suggest that he became very disillusioned with God when he sees the execution of the young man, but still, although he was angry with God he did not completely abandon his faith. To be angry with God definitely suggests a belief that God is there to be the focal point of the anger.

Wiesel was and is Jewish. I you liked Night you could read the follow up books there were two. I believe the next in the series was Dawn and after that was Day......it might help you with his journey back to God.
