I am talking on analytical basis....what went wrong in the field? How did so many wickets fall so fast and early in the game? Was there a way to foresee those fast balls by Sri Lanka and avoid those mistakes or were they even mistakes or just bad luck?? Was the fielding poor even though India tried hard to stop the 4s and let them have only one runs?? I am so sad...I want serious answers only, please. I don't want the crapp of "b/c they just want to be in commercials or they should resign". Tell me why you think India did so bad in world cup this year?

Basically many of the Indian players were totally out of form. Added to this they did not have any game plan. They were over confident and complacent when playing against Bangladesh and they paid the price for the same.

In the match against Sri Lanka, bowlers fared poorly and too many extra runs were conceded. Harbhjajan Singh, who is considered to be one of the best spinner in the world, failed miserably and conceded more than 5 runs per over. Choosing Harbhajan in place of Kumble was totally baffling especially after his performance against Barmuda. When Harbhajan Singh was neither able to contain the batsman nor taking wickets, couple of overs should have been given to Sehwag and Yuvaraj Singh, which was not done and this was most surprising.

The batsmen played without proper application, dedication,
determination and urge to win.

All these factors lead India's exit from the World Cup

They play cricket so much these days that losing a game is not a big deal for Indian cricketers. Also, success is measured in terms of earning money from the commercials and not on the merit of taking wickets or scoring runs. No doubt the cricket loving people like us will make some noise for a few days but the life will go on. Our young players will get busy dating actresses and models and senior players will consult their financial planers to find new strategies for save income tax from their businesses. Though it sounds impossible but you you can figure out way to eradicate the influence of money from cricket this story will be repeated again and again. There are truly only two deserving cricket playing countries in the world and they are England and Australia.

indian team sux, they just look to make money.

Though Sourav was making run, but he didnt care about india. He was playing for himself.

Rahul has done his job by being the captain and taking india out of the world cup. and yes being flop in every match

dhoni did care. But for his hairs. i bet he doesn't know what cricket is.

Sachin once again, is tOOO old to play. RETIRE!!!

Irfan Pathan, he was taken in as an all-rounder but was neither.

Sreesanth came to West indies as a vacation and to celebrate holi. Cricket was a reason just to go to west indies for free.

Agarkar, I needs to learn how to bowl from my younger brother( hes 10)

AND LAST ...

Greg Chappel, who didnt care at all. Well he did but just the morning tea. and the 1 who is responsible for everything

And to Team India,
YOU SUCCEEDED to break the hearts of millions

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tit For Tat.. I am sorry honey. You still can prey or worship. You know why did they loose. They are concentrating more on themselves then the trophy. and they didn't take their opponent seriously.
