I signed on withAT&A as my internet service .Why does AOL shows up as my web page, when it should be YAHOO?

What do you mean by "my web page"? The ISP has nothing to do with what you see on a browser unless they supplied it. Are you referring to a home page? You can change that in Internet Options.

Your ISP doesn't set you home page necessarily... go into IE, click Tools>Internet Options and set the URL of your desired homepage there.

in the search bar, type in dsl.sbc.yahoo.com...click go,then go to internet options and click 'use current'...that should be your home page from now on..
