No, it is not. You need to see a Dr. to find out what the root of your anger is. You may need anger management, too.

Maybe not. But I'm that way too. They've put another boss over me at work, a dumb blonde with ADD who splits off in twenty directions at any given moment. A damned pest. An idiot. A worthless turd of a human being.
I feel some measure of your pain.

It is not normal and could be symptomatic of something else. Anger is like a smoke alarm, it tells you something wrong but it does not put out the fire. You could have anxiety or depression. May want to talk to your Doctor to rule out physical problems. If there are no physical problems you may want to seek counseling. I wish you well.

No, this is not normal, but you have already taken the first step by talking about it. Now I suggest you seek help from your physician. You are probably suffering from a chemical imbalance, and your doctor can prescribe something that will help you feel calmer. I wish you well.

Rages can be signs something is wrong such as diabetes or bipolar disorder. Please go have a complete physical done and talk to your doctor about your feelings of frustration and anger.

It is normal for some people, you don't have to go to the Doctors unless you do something really bad then maybe consider it. Sometimes i get angry and i think its no reason but is there anyone in you life who you dislike? because if there is maybe thats the reason why. hope i could help.

You need to find some way to let it out.
Some type of physical activity or work
Switch to decaf
Sounds like me during allergy season when I take some of those darn antihistamines

Did this just start? Did something happen in your past? Talk with your doctor, he may be able to help you out with this.
