Yeah...years ago, I sent a record cover to Rick Springfield. It was from a 45, and I cut the two sides apart, so that he'd autograph one side for me, and one side for my friend.

Not only did he send it back autographed, but someone on his staff was clever enough to add cologne, so it even smelled good! I think my friend & I carried those things around in our backpacks for a year!

I have sent a letter to AnnaSophia Robb. They usually send a signed picture of them and no reply letter. I wouldn't send anything important.

I sent a letter to Sara Jessica Parker when i was 12 (hee-hee) and i got a picture with her signature and a letter.
so they will send you a pic, you don't have to send one.
but you should know, its not actually her signature and letter. Her people do it.

Keep dreaming. They will never see it. They have people that do that. Unless your pic is also found in the fold out section of Playboy.

I did when I was young. You don't need to send anything with it. If you get any response, they provide the picture with the signature. I never got one though.

i did...to Dylan and Cole Sprouse...but it's been like one year and i still didn't get a reply...but if your willing to try all you need to do is send a short letter...NOT too long because their too busy to read it...but i think their managers read them...if they reply they will send you an autographed picture

You could do whatever you think is good. But that celebrity may not see it. They have assistants to deal with that stuff.
