Hey everyone.

I really need recomendations from experienced people;
i wanted to get a tann in less than four days, i tried goin to the tanning salon for two days ina row, but nothing really hapenned, i usually get tanned fast, but this time i thought because it was my first time going to a tanning bed and it was the highest one there, i used some tanning oil wich had SPF.

Now i only have two days left.
I heard about Jergen naturla glow, its pretty cheap and supposedly very good. my questions are:

1) should i keep goin to the tanning salon and after tanning apply jergens?
2) Should i quit the tanning bed and just go for Jergens natural gllow? if so, how does it work and how long will it take for me to notice a different tone in my skin?
3) or should i say just buy an acelerator and go to the tanning salong for the other two days?

Please help! and thank you so much!!

Aveeno Active Naturals Continuous Radiance Moisturizing Lotion. No streaking whatsoever, and a really nice glow. The color is a believable-looking tan, not orange. you'll probably see the color within 4-5 days but at least a week, you'll see the finishing color. You must apply this self-tanner every other day or 2 days to maintain the color for a while. I like the smell, i think it's because soybeans. I tried Jergen natural glow, i hate it. The smell i can't take it anymore. The color looks orange and i see the glow. I saw the glow on my legs with Aveeno. Aveeno costs around $8-9.The good things about aveeno is that it moistures and smells great.

First of all you can not get a base tan in 4 days or less. It takes time. You should also be moisturizing daily and using a good tanning lotion you buy for the salon. You should not use oil in the tanning bed, that is only good for outdoor tanning. The lotion that has a self tanning is not meant to make a huge difference fast but a gradual difference in several weeks. I never noticed anything from it myself. You can also look into spray on tanning, I am not sure how long this last but it is the only instant thing I know.

The Jergens will not tan you enough in 2 days, it is too gradual for that IMO. You COULD apply it once in the morning and then once at night for 2 days in a row and you will probably have a light tan; you'd see a difference. But how tan do you want to get? There is a Jergens for Medium/Tan skins that you could try; it sounds like that's the one you'd need anyway.

You are supposed to tan over a period of time in the beds and skip a day in between sessions...I wouldn't try to rush it at all. Even darker skin types can burn in those things.

Quit tanning from the sun. It'll give you for-sure cancer spots on your skin as you age. Play the safe route by using fake tan lotions or the spray-on tan at tanning salons (they'll last 1 week). I think Palm Beach Tan has a special going on right now of unlimited spray-on mystic tans per month for $19.99/month while normally the tans cost that much individually.

Belive me, there is NO such thing as a safe tan. Get into a tan bed 4 15 min. and its as long as a whole day at the beach! Go 2 CVS, and you'll find a whole host of (better) beauty products.

About Jergens...
I've used this and it smells pretty strong and funky. It really is just to add a "glow".

I strongly suggest using "Build a Tan" by Neutrogena, Or one of the spray tans by Neutrogena . (I just saw one today that was about $9 and came with a pre-tanning scrub @ walmart!)
