Do you mean grinding his teeth.
Just place a steak in his mouth. That should keep him quiet.

The things that people do in their sleep are annoying (snoring, farting, grinding teeth, talking, chomping).

I suggest you sleep in another room.

My wife nashes her teeth in her sleep. She has nearly worn them away doing that. I used to worry about it but there is nothing I can do.

Now I am just waiting for her to wear them down all together..... I always look for something positive to come out of a negative situation.

before going to another room .. try making him sleep on his right side it decreases the load of the liver on the chest and cancels the effect of gravity on palatal muscles( roof of mouth cavity ) if it does n't work try using OTC drug as decongestants .. if not , ear plugs !

He really should get a mouth guard. He will wear his teeth down without one. He will also be a lot quieter with one
