I have an hp pc and a lexmark printer do i need to up grade my printer?

No. A printer is a printer. If you want a better printer, then get a better printer.

uhh...no.

All you need is to install your printer driver onto you PC. And even then that's more of an Operating Systems issue...

It doesn't matter what brand/manufacturer your computer is, it will work with your printer...provided that the operating system (assuming it's Windows) supports it.

all printers will work with any computer as long as you have the drivers for your operating system. Just go to www.lexmark.com and pull up the software drivers for the model printer you have. Install those and it should work fine...
