I was looking to talk to someone who's done the program before and has done Quick Service Food and Beverage....i'd love to know about the experience with this job and what's its like..please email me i'd like to talk to someone..thanks

That role just means you'll be working at point of sales in one of the parks. It's not much different from working at a McDonald's.

I did outdoor vending. Primarily sold popcorn and churros. It was just a regular job. Am I glad I was at Disney instead of a McDonald's? Absolutely. Was it essentially the same job? Absolutely.

The only real advantage I see to the Disney "Program" is that you can somehow get college credit somehow. That's nice. Otherwise, it's just a fancy name for doing their regular jobs. If you do it, don't think it's really any more prestigious than a regular job at McDonald's (other than Disney being actually fairly picky in who they hire).

That said, I have to say Disney is an AWESOME employer. Great pay, great employees (sorry, "castmembers"), etc. Loved my time there and really have nothing bad to say about it. Great experience.

My mom gave me money to go watch Cars. But I had to wait for a long time after the movie to get picked up.
