He had 44 points and 13 assists one game.Allen Iverson is NOT a ballhog he's a great all around player. He makes so many great passes I wish more people would talk about that.I don't see mvp Nash getting 44 points and 13 assists, yeah he gets the assists but he can't score like Iverson and Iverson plays defense.

He was a ballhog in Philly, but now that he has Melo he passes it off alot more. Last night, him and Melo took the same amount of shots and almost had the exact same point total. Now if he was shooting the ball 3 times as much as any of his teammates like Kobe and only averaging 4 assists per game, then he would be a ballhog. Kobe is averaging 36 shots per game, while the next highest shot total is Lamar Odom with 12. Now that's a ballhog.

I don't think he is or was when he was in Philly a ballhog. I think he has a problem with trusting his teammates. In Philly he wanted to win so badly that he put everything on himself. He tried to do everything and it made him look like a selfish player. I think when he first got to Denver and the Nuggets didn't do well he felt like he had to do the same thing there. Now he feels comfortable enough to just let go and share the ball more.

I do not think he is a ball hog... He just does what he needs to do to get his team the win... And recently when he was in Philly ... what they needed was him to scored 40 points... When it comes down to it and he is driving to the lane and sees Carmelo wide open with the game on the line... Iverson would pass it... He knows that he does not have to do everything anymore and will pass the more and get more assist...

He definately ISNT a ballhog in denver. He was on the 76ers, because he was the man that they leaned on for the wins. In denver, i dont think he is. As of now, he is the 10th best person in the NBA for assists, averaging 7.4 assists a game.
7.4 Assists a game does not a ballhog make.
