ok, i have a friend named, uh, i guess i'll call her sarah*. sarah liked a guy and they talked to eachother a few summers ago and he tole her bro to tell her he liked her. but it didnt get much further.
so now when they have msn, sarah* found out that this guy, i'll call him joe* has a girlfriend. sarah still wanted to be his friend, but JUST his friend.
he didnt like it and started to call her bad names and swear at her.
so i am sooooo mad at joe*!!! sarah* gave me his email address and told me to add him on msn. i did.
so now what do i say to him or tell him? sarah* is really shy and doest know how to handle the situation herself.
How do i help her, what do i say to joe*??

Say- "Hey *Joe" "Why are you being mean to Sarah*?" She's crazy about you, but she's holding back and respecting your gf just to be your friend. That's hard to do so please try to be nice."

IGNORE THEM.
Tell Sarah to just forget about it and move on. This is not your fight, and, you know, who really cares? I mean, tell Sarah to get over it and don't get involved.
You can love someone, or you can hate someone, but there is a level beyond even the highest level of hatred that you can take this to: total ambivalence and indifference.
Do nothing.

well, talk to jow* and tell him that what he did wa sinappropriate because sarah*s* feelings should still matter to huim. tell her and calling her things will not help him much either.
