I always use Pledge (that wood dusting stuff). Or put carmex on the edges. Hope this helps.

this may appear weird and wonderful yet toothpaste easily gets the scratches out. right that's how- you place the toothpaste on a humid cloth, then placed it on the disc the place the scratches are and smear it around slightly then wipe off the toothpaste with yet another damp cloth then dry it off and the scratches would be long previous. wish this facilitates!!

this works for DVDs so it should work for games, clean it with toothpaste. put about the same amount you would on the disk that you would use to brush your teeth then wipe clean with a cloth. not one with a lot of fiber like a towel, but one like hospitals use. (almost like a pillow case, or that would work too!)

with a static free fabric buff the disk and the level will improve. I was told that but did NOT actually try it.
