Specific heat of water = 1 cal/gm/oC

Using H = m x Cp x dT

where
H is the heat content in cal
m is the mass in g
Cp is the specific heat in cal/gm/oC
dT is the temperature rise in oC

Substituting

1000 = 100 x 1 x (T - 20). Solving will yield T = 30 oC

Final Temperature = 30 oC
