If not defended, by war if needed, would they be little more than scrap paper, something to scribble on while passing the time of day?

Well if the deal used to be already signed and performed then no, he not owns that land, the federal government does. However if he unearths out earlier than he indicators any bureaucracy then definite, call for extra. But I expect he already offered, "he later unearths that the estate has mineral deposits valued at a well sum", so no, he can not get more cash.

What if there is no Creator? The Declaration of Independence says that we are endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights. That means that our basic rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness (and more) are not granted by the Constitution. We consider them granted directly by the Creator to each individual. We assert that such rights are above any government even our own Constitution.
Yet we have those who insist there is no Creator. If we refuse to recognize the Creator as the giver of these rights, then they can be taken away.
Socialism results.

Ask George. I'm pretty sure he thinks the constitution is just a goddamned piece of paper. With this other government running things, yah i can see why he said that. Birds of a feather. and hopefully you have learned it doesn't matter if they are republican or democrat. It doesn't matter.............to them.
