Use Cetaphil wash - or the generic brand, and a good moisturizer. Be sure you are washing your face every night and every morning! Drinking lots of water will help too!

Well I have used Cetaphil liquid cleanser for several years, and it works great as far as its basic cleaning ability and it not being irritating to my skin. I should caution you in using a facial scrub every day like the st. ives one. It can be too harsh on your skin and may even loosen some of the elasticity of your skin with daily use. Perhaps once or twice a week would be ok, but please do ask your dr about the safety of that. I've read that cetaphil mixed with a little bit of baking soda can be used as a facial scrub (still being very gentle) too. I wish that I could recommend more though the cetaphil by itself is what I'm currently using right now.

Cetaphil soap (preferably bar not liquid), follow it with a good moisturizer. My dermotologist recommended it, and it's keep my skin happy for years. You can find it at Walmart. I go more expensive when it comes to moisturizers but i have a lot of skin allergies and can only tolerate certain ones (Prescriptives). Also using Biore strips on the nose works wonders!

Go out and buy a face cleansing mask, follow the instructions and then after washing it off put a pore strip on your nose and follow insructions. Put moisturiser on. If you werent on a low budget I would suggest Nutremetics.

my skin is sensitive! when i use toners or moisturizers, i would still break out!
ive noticed the best results that keep my blackheads away is nutragena oil free acne face wash(im sure i spelled that wrong). this face wash can also take off my waterproof makeup! i still would break out when i used proactive. my face wouldnt like the toner. that stuff cost wat too much and nutragena only coat me 4.50 at target. the apricot scrub worked okay, but it was still too harsh.

Neutrogena has an amazing line for low costs.
for make-up removal on eyes, try: oil free eye make-up remover (doesn't leave excess oil, and you can swipe directly over eyes safely)
for face wash, try: Fresh foaming cleanser
For a moisturizer, try: oil free moisture sensitive skin
these are all effective yet low cost items that i swear by.
Hope I helped!

well, if you're willing to spend a bit more, get proactive. it's really good. but since you're on a budget i would recommend the bioré system. my friend uses it, since she didn't want to spend that much on the proactive, and her face is really nice too.
