I will be a senior next year in high school, and am planning to enroll in either pre-med or pharmacy school. I am taking AP Biology this year. Next year, I can take either AP Chemistry, AP Physics, or Anatomy Honors. Since I have two free periods, which two should I take so that I have the best chance of getting into college and pre-med/pharmacy school?

Any of them would be great for college entrance, but I'd suggest Chemistry and Anatomy as being more directly related to pre-med or pharmacy.
You'e going to have to take organic chemistry at some point for either discipline, so getting a head start on chemistry would be good.
You're going to get a lot of anatomy if you choose med school, so check the course requirements of your proposed college major at the school you want to attend to see if you're going to need some Physics along the way. It might be good to get that out of the way early on so you can focus on the anatomy and other biology courses later.
And be sure to verify which of the AP courses will actually be accepted and at what level by the school you'll be attending. You don't want surprises here!

Physics and anatomy will be best. Some pharmacy schools will hold taking AP Chemistry against you. The prefer to see chemistry taken at a regular university.

I highly suggest you take AP Chemistry, and Anatomy Honor. It is REALLY important that you are really good at these subjects. I also highly reccommend you take AP biology, if not already taken. Believe me, you will really thank me when you're in college. I knew some pre-meds who never took any science classes in high school, you know what happened? Thats right, by the end of their 1 semester of college, they were failing their biology and chemistry classes.

Look at colleges this year and decide where you want to go. Ask admissions councelors at the colleges which one they reccommend.
I would be inclined to rule AP Physics out since there is less appication in a pre-med environment. If the college you attend decides you need it, take it there, unless they advise you to take it in high school.
If you are aiming for pharmaceutical grad school, I would say AP Chem is the better choice. If you are aiming for a medical grad program, Anatomy might be the way to go, especially if you are going into Chiropractic or athletic medicine.
On a personal note, I fee the need to tell you this part:
My sister-in-law was taking a very heavy course load in her junior and senior years of high school. She was taking everything the high school staff was telling her she needed to enter a pre-med program. Her parents asked me what I though of her course load because she was going through burnout. Never had they thought of going to college admissions offices until I asked them what the colleges really thought of her load. She councled with several schools to find out if she intended to enter premed, any challenge level history course, as well as AP Lit was a waste of her time. College-prep English classes would work just fine for her. They pay more attention to taking courses that show dedication to what you want to do with your life.
Good luck with what you decide to do.

if you want a medical degree, take the anatomy. if you want the pharmacy, take the chemistry. dont take physics, you dont really need it. i am heading for a pharmacy degree, and i take chemistries and biologies, but not anatomy, not yet at least. it looks like you have a choice, and here is one other helpful hint. anatomy is memorization, chemistry is more understanding, wrapping your head round the concepts.

Just a quick thought. Any of those classes would be fine....I agree you best watch for burn out and make sure you are taking classes that you actually need. But I can tell you that most all medical schools want 8 credit hours of physics. I do not know about pharmacy programs in that regard.
