Med schools have a list of prerequisite courses they require. You should check each school you're interested for minor differences.

What major you choose doesn't matter. Med schools will take any major, as long as you take those prereq classes. At bigger schools, being in a science major makes it easier to get into some of those science prereq classes. Not that many schools have a formal "pre-med" program so don't get too hung up on that. If the school you're going to has one, great. It'd be a good thing to do. But don't worry if it doesn't have one. You can't actually choose a "pre-med" major because you can't get a degree in "pre-med".

What undergrad you go to matters some. The better the school, the stronger your transcript will look. Med school is very competitive so every advantage you get you should take. In general, I say to go to the most prestigious one that admits you.

Worry about getting in to any medical school before you start choosing btw them.

Actually you don't must get a measure in biology. A biology covers the entire standards for clinical institution even though. You can fundamental in what ever you might like, however you might additionally ought to take a minimum of two semesters of normal chem w/lab, two semesters of natural and organic chem w/lab, two semesters of physics w/lab, bio categories and perhaps records. Try to preserve your GPA above a three.7 and there are lots of clinical colleges available in the market. EDIT: There isn't any "Pre-Med" fundamental and a three.zero won't get you into clinical institution
