Who really deserves the title "KING OF R&B"?

well everyone has said R. Kelly is the "king of r&b"..but i disagree..i think Usher or somebody like him (similar voice..Dru Hill) should get that title. yes i know usher hasn't had a song in a while..BUT he is back..he is on Omarion's Icebox remix..it's HOT..plus Usher sounds MUCH better than R. Kelly anyway..the drugs messed up his vioce (Kelly)..he is good for his song lyrics..but his voice isn't the way it used to be (i.e. I believe I Can Fly)
