i have 10 goats and my baby boys just died what to do to help the others! help!!!

What were their symptoms and how old were they? They could have died from a number of things. I can help you more if you tell me what symptoms they had before they died. Here are a few things right off the top of my head.
1. Coccidiosis or E-Coli
2. They got chilled
3. They were not getting enough milk
4. FKS or floppy kid syndrome
5. Navel or Joint Ill
6. internal injuries (such as from another goat butting them too hard)
There are many other things it could be. Please give more information and I'll try to help you.

Ah, I'm sorry your goats died.
Sometimes babies die. It's sad. but true. I worked at a petstore and a lot of the babies born were either stillborn, died shortly after birth, or were killed by the mother. It's nature's way of trying to keep populations from getting out of control.
