i doubt if you'll get your money back. it sounds like you made an automated debit agreement. the only way to stop further debits if they refuse to cancel is to close the account. good luck!

Call your bank and explain the problem and have them stop the withdrawl on their end. They may have to freeze the account while you take care of the problem so, you will need enough money taken out before they do this.
Call them back and ask to speak to a manager. If that still doesn't work, write them (online), if that doesn't work, resort to snail mail. Keep copies of your mail. You will want that if you need to get compensated through the court systems.
If you have ordered more than one magazine, that may be why they have taken out the 100. Talk to the rep and have him/her explain the charges. Do not get upset with him/her...you will get further with them if you don't. After you get all your questions about the charges answered, ask if you have a contract with them that states that you must keep the account for a certain period of time.
By the way, it is never wise to have direct withdrawl for these things. If you were paying by check, you could just not mail the check...they would get the point.

I had the same problem, you have to send a letter telling them that you want to terminate your account with them in more ways than one. the last person told me that terminate didn't necessarily mean to end it! After I payed and spoke to a few managers, I called my credit card company and stopped any and all charges from that company from the next month on! I'm still receiving "Better homes and gardens" but i have been charge free for 5 months and counting. You must fight them, or they'll just keep on doing it, because they are on commission and don't care what they have to do.

You should send them a letter saying you want to cancel your subscription or just stop paying for them!
