ok here is what is wrong the plug for my controller is missing a medal prong can i cut is off and sodder the wires to a new plug???????

its a steering wheel that cost like $$75 and some prongs are missing can i sodder a new plug on

Yes you can cut off the broken plug and sodder a new one one. You can also cut off the plug of the broken controller and cut one off of a controller that works, match up the colored wires and it will work that way too. Just make sure to use electrical tape to hold all the wires together. Good Luck!!

Wouldn't it be easier to go to the store and replace it? Where are you gonna get the plug?
