I'm more into the old stuff as well.....A Tribe Called Quest, Black Sheep, De la Soul, Jungle Brothers, The Pharcyde, LL, 3rd Bass, Public Enemy......outside of a few like Nas, there's just not a whole lot going for mainstream rap. Yeah there's a few, but as in rock, you need to search for the more legit music.

I like the old stuff....
Ice T, mr. scarface,LL,run dmc...Beastie boys...etc.
I like rock as well, so maybe you'll like these guys too.
